How do I book?

You can book a styling service on our website at www.joinstylelab.com and visit the Get Styled tab.

How do I pay?

You will be prompted to enter your credit card information upon check out on the website.  If you would like to give a tip to your stylist, it is always welcome, and can be given in cash or check at the appointment. If you have any questions regarding payment, please email hello@joinstylelab.com

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you have any changes in your schedule and need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@joinstylelab.com with your name, the time of the original appointment and the desired change, but please note our cancellation policy below.

What is StyleLab’s Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel within four hours, but at least one hour prior to your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the list price.  Appointments canceled within one hour of the appointment time and no-shows will be charged the full list price for the services selected. For appointments scheduled for 8:00am or earlier we require that you notify us by 8:00pm the prior evening, or you will incur the 50% cancellation charge.  All cancellations on services booked with packages or coupons will result in the loss of that appointment from the package or forfeiture of the coupon.

Can I buy a gift for someone?

Yes! You can give the gift of style directly from our website under the “ Get Styled” tab. You can select how many hours you would like to buy and viola!

What areas do you service?

We are currently only servicing Los Angeles and San Francisco but stay tuned for New York!

Can I choose my Stylist?

Given that StyleLab is an on-demand service, we cannot promise a certain stylist. However, we pride ourselves in hiring only the best of the best stylists. If you have a favorite, you can definitely let us know  at hello@joinstylelab.com and we’ll try our best.
